At the Harry Potter Shop UK, we want every witch and wizard to be delighted with their magical purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the magical items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the items arrive back at our warehouse.
